So I've been testing out Google Wave for a small while now.
Really could use some more people I know in it. Ideally members of my mod team.
Anyway, I digress slightly.
For those who may stumble across this via search, here's a quick tip on how to add Bots to your Google Wave account:

Windows 7 Performance Rating
Hmmm.
Just ran the performance rating thingy in Windows 7 (64 bit) and a bit dismayed my 10k raptor (boot drive) only came out at 5.9.
Wonder if this has been rescaled for the supposed higher performance of SSD's?
Aside from that: Processor 7.4, RAM 7.8 and both graphics scores at 7.3 so not bad seeing as the maximum is 7.9.
New Software Section
New section added for Software.
Just added my automatic desktop wallpaper changer (with dual monitor support) to download.
Best of all IT'S COMPLETELY FREE (aside from any donations you'd like to send of course) :)
Oh and it works in Windows 7 (tested on 64 bit, should also be fine on 32).
Ensure you read the notes for use.
Go check it out (if you're interested of course).
Retail Windows 7 has landed...
Well seems that they may of released it slightly earlier than the announced 22nd of October as mine arrived this morning.
There is apparently a work around to 'upgrade' Windows 7 release candidate to another version, namely Home Premium in my case.
I'm about to embark on this adventure following tips from here: http://icrontic.com/articles/upgrade-the-windows-7-rc-to-retail
I'll let you know how I get on :)

Creative Audigy 2 won't record in Windows 7
After doing some digging around after failing to get any sound recording from my Audigy 2, seems that there might be an issue with having over 4 gigs of RAM in my system.
I'd like to draw your attention to this Creative issue report:

In particular the last line: "It is severely hurting customer trust and the Sound Blaster brand."
Damn straight it is, I'm off.
HTC Sync and HTC Hero problems in Windows 7
Seems that HTC Sync drivers refuse to install correctly in Windows 7 (64 and 32 bit).
Seems to work fine in Vista though.
I've managed to get a fix working though, which will get HTC Sync to recognise the HTC Hero in Windows 7 :

Roccat Kone mouse problems...
So I liike mice. Mice geared towards gaming.
My collection is pretty varied, from a few Razer selections, to my current favourite, the Logitech G9.
When I spotted the Roccat Kone I had to give it a go. Oh how I wish I hadn't:
