So I liike mice. Mice geared towards gaming.
My collection is pretty varied, from a few Razer selections, to my current favourite, the Logitech G9.
When I spotted the Roccat Kone I had to give it a go. Oh how I wish I hadn't:
This mouse has a major problem with the middle button. It keeps breaking.
I've had it exchanged three times now and each one had broken. I've given up now and gone back to the G9.
After taking it apart to see if I could repair it, I have found that it is actually the axle part of the wheel that is snapping off. This is pretty much unrepairable. Quite a serious design flaw really as it is extremely thin. I'm very surprised it passed QA testing like this. One of mine actually broke within an hour of using it.
So my advice, steer well clear of Roccat Kone. For the same money you are much better off with a Razer Lachesis. For slightly cheaper the Logitech G9 is a top noth mouse and gets my vote :)
